Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Subscriptions

All subscriptions to Sufalia provide immediate access to premium adult content. As such, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed.

2. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription in time to avoid further charges.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in limited cases, including:

• Duplicate payments due to technical errors
• Failure to access the service caused by issues on our end (and not user-side)

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in permanent suspension of your account. Please reach out to us for resolution before disputing a charge.
